Join us for a day long workshop. Discover the edible and medicinal bounty on the beautiful landscape of Mount Eden. We will identify, gather and cook our harvest for a midday meal. We will then have another guided plant walk with an emphasis on gathering, preserving and using medicinal plants.

Lara Greenspan has been the chef at Mount Eden for about 14 years. She has studied wild plants as food and medicine for most of her life. Her teachers include Betzy Bancroft, AHG, and David Winston, AHG. She regularly gives wild plant and wild mushroom walks as well as giving private consultations.
