Summer Fast/Detox

We would like to invite you to participate with us in a Spring Fast Retreat. We will be gathering at Mount Eden Retreat, a beautiful and peaceful space to let go of the old energies and align ourselves through Fasting/Detoxing our Temple. The 3-day retreat is short but sweet, enough to allow sufficient time to begin to put the body on the road to balance.

Fasting increases your ability to heal. It is also a wonderful time to overcome addictions and lifestyle habits which borrow on our health and happiness. It's also much easier than people think.

Fasting for Regeneration, Renewal, a time to cleanse and give our bodies a chance to heal. So we invite you to join us for a weekend of Reclamation,Rest and Regeneration.

This fast/detox program helps eliminate toxicity and addictions with a minimum of discomfort. Using a combination of Green and Red Juices, Earth clays and Amazon Herbs to allow a thorough flush in a short period of time. Safe and Gentle.

The retreat will run from Friday to Sunday Aug 8th-10th. There is also an 18 day follow up diet making this a 21 day program.

Completion and follow up with the diet will bring you to a new level of wellness.

Some dialog on relevant subjects which will help us understand what is going on in your body. How our environment effects us and what to do to defend from environmental toxins. Energy Levels, AGE (Advanced Glycation End products) controlling our weight to help control Diabetes. Roots of Addiction. Bio and Nano-technology (Franken Food) invading our Food/environment are some of the areas we will learn about.

Meditation, Yoga, Prayer in the morning. We will be doing some Nature walks. I will assist anyone who has specific conditions which have not responded to conventional/or non-conventional treatments. Offering Nutritional Counseling which addresses specific imbalances as well as looking at some of the Mental aspects of our conditions.

Total Biology aka German New Medicine, an incredible discovery about Mind/Body relationship and the meaning of disease will be introduced and discussed as our understanding of the Human Being and all the creatures of creation increases. The Idea's and discoveries of Dr Hamer and Dr Sabah will be discussed. A dynamic new understanding of the role our brain plays in our lives and health.
